The Dr Faizi Foundation for Children with Cleft Corp, hereinafter referred to as 'Foundation,' a nonprofit organization, registered in Utah (13913889-0140) and tax id (EIN) number 99-2338326, and tax exempt under Section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, is focused on awareness, education and needs based funding for children with cleft lip/palate. This Privacy Policy is intended to describe how the Foundation (also referred to as "we" or "us") collects, uses, and shares information that we collect or obtain through DrFaiziFoundation.org and all subdomains ("Sites"). Without prejudice to your rights under applicable laws, this Privacy Policy is not contractual and does not form a part of your contract with us or our affiliates or subsidiaries.

We implement technical and organizational security measures designed to secure and protect Personal Information. Please note, however, we cannot fully eliminate security risks associated with the storage and transmission of Personal Information.
